Their main focus is on timely response to all questions, complaints and concerns of the patients and to provide them guidance and assistance on every step. PCD also welcomes all kinds of suggestions from patient’s end. In order to improve the quality, PCD evaluates the services of all the departments and discusses it with higher management for a continuous betterment of processes.
